Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was very nice and met our needs during a spring break rush on the interstate. However, the rooms were facing the entrance door, leading to disturbances from loud doors closing at night and traffic noise from I-75, impacting my sleep. Additionally, my room was left open by room service which was unsettling after a long day of work.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The rooms were nice and comfy, and despite needing some minor work, I would definitely come back. The service was super friendly and accommodating, making me feel really welcomed. The location was convenient, close to the entrance and right off the freeway, which was perfect for my travels. The dining experience was great with delicious options available. The facilities were well-appointed, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the rooms were spotless clean with convenient amenities like a mini fridge and microwave, the noise from the entrance door and traffic from I75 kept me up at night, leading to very little sleep during my 10-day stay. Additionally, returning to find my room left open was concerning. The service was friendly, with some unusual incidents noted, but overall good. The location, just off I75, was convenient to Valdosta State University and shopping spots, though the bottom sheet wouldn't stay put. The dining experience offered good choices but nothing extraordinary.
